Fixes and performance improvements with video playback.
Forces rendering video for no more than 60fps for media foundation and 30fps for sample grabber. This significantly improves performance especially with high frequency displays.
No more blackness with media foundation as it now waits for first frame available.
Fixes sample grabber not always playing videos.
Same applies to GameEx.
New option under display settings > video help to use sample grabber as there was an issue reported with media foundation.
